Four Nansha enterprises enter Hurun Global Cheetah Index 2023

Four companies from Nansha District, Chali, Jiemeng Intelligence, SequoiaDB, and Mogulinker, entered Hurun Global Cheetah Index 2023 released this week in Nansha District of Guangzhou, Guangdong.

The companies listed as "Cheetah companies" are high-growth companies that have been established globally since 2000. These enterprises are most likly to become unicorns with valuations of $1 billion or more, within five years.

It was the first time that Hurun has launched the Cheetah Index on a global scale, which has found 747 cheetah enterprises in 198 cities in 34 countries and regions around the world.

China and the United States top the list with 291 and 246 companies, respectively.

Rupert Hoogewerf, chairman and chief researcher of the Hurun Report, said that Nansha District is known for its vibrant environment, advanced R&D system and government support, with ample preferential policies for innovative enterprises.

He stressed that Nansha District has gradually developed an industrial base for advanced manufacturing, aerospace, life and health, integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, and other strategic emerging industries, attracting over 1,000 artificial intelligence and life and health enterprises to settle in it.
