On February 24, the Shantou Small Park International Lantern Fair kicked off at the Shantou Small Park, located in the old quarter of Shantou. 2000 exquisite colorful lanterns attracted the returning overseas Chinese, citizens and tourists and introduced a romantic night of lights.
