After the opening ceremony, the Guangzhou Nansha Guangdong-Macao Development Promotion Association signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Guangzhou Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Nansha) Reform and Innovation Research Institute, as well as strategic cooperation agreements with the International Education Cooperation Center Co., Ltd., the Industry and Commerce Association of Macao, the Macao Development Strategy Research Center, and other organizations. The agreements cover various areas including financial cooperation, investment promotion, scientific research and development, policy research, cultural tourism, sports, education, and youth entrepreneurship.

The newly inaugurated service center is equipped with office areas, meeting areas, multi-functional activity areas, and an exhibition hall, providing venues, resources, and personnel support to members and business associations dedicated to the cooperation between Guangdong and Macao.

In recent years, Nansha and Macao have made progress in comprehensive cooperation, particularly in the fields of technology, finance, law, and taxation. Nansha has participated in the Macao International Trade and Investment Fair for five consecutive years, while the China Future Internet Engineering Center has established an international research institute jointly with the Macao University of Science and Technology to promote the first GBA partnership law firm in Guangzhou. While a special bond of 10 billion RMB has been successfully issued in Macao, a total of 118 Macao-invested enterprises have settled in Nansha, with investments totaling nearly 700 million USD.
