“As the organizers, we’re very grateful to the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province to take the initiative and make this happen. It’s really paying close attention to the market changes and business needs,” said Wei Wei, general manager of Informa Markets Beijing.

A total of 160 businesses representatives from 69 Guangdong companies will attend the Cosmoprof Asia and Cosmopack Asia 2022 to be held at Singapore Expo, a world-class exhibition center, from November 16 to November 18.

With the mission of “connecting all sectors of beauty industry in Asia Pacific region”, the Expo is Asia’s premier beauty event. This year, all sectors of the beauty industry will gather together from the cosmetic supply chain to finished products and brands.

Covering an exhibition area of up to 50,000 square meters, the upcoming event will attract over 1,000 exhibitors from 40 countries and regions. Companies will showcase their products across 5 halls (from Hall 2 to 6) at the Singapore EXPO.

“When hearing about this opportunity to take the chartered flight, I am really happy and excited. For small and medium-size exporters like us, it is of great importance and can save a lot of time following the procedures otherwise especially during the pandemic,” said Joe Zhu, general manager of George Mathai (Zhuhai FTZ) Co., Ltd.

This is another Guangdong delegation under the “Cantonese Business Go Global” (CBGG) initiative launched by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province. Last month, the province organized a delegation to Malaysia, and the business representatives said they have achieved remarkable outcomes while enhancing their brand awareness overseas.
