As Typhoon "Bebinca", the 13th typhoon of the year, formed on the night of September 10 in the Northwest Pacific, its strength continues to grow, and it is heading towards the East China Sea.
While Bebinca is not expected to affect Guangdong significantly, those planning to travel to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday are suggested to stay updated on its movements.
Meanwhile, thunderstorms will become more frequent from September 13 to 14 in Guangdong, with heavy to torrential rain in some areas. From September 16 to 17, scattered thundershowers will continue, particularly in central and southern Guangdong, while northern parts of the province will remain hot and dry. Whether we'll be able to see the full moon on Mid-Autumn Festival night remains uncertain.
