We need to learn and cooperate, thus the concept of co-evolution

Mr. Li Cheng, Professor of Political Science and Founding Director of Centre on Contemporary China and the World, University of Hong Kong, recalled his talk with Dr. Kissinger before he left the United States. Li said, "One of his theses is that he believed China, United States are equally powerful. He cannot imagine as one country can defeat the other, or one country suddenly completely collapse. As long as you do not make it a number of fatal mistakes. So if that's the case, we need to learn and cooperate, so he has the concept of co-evolution."
