Typhoon Nalgae is forecast to bring heavy rainfall to the southern part of Guangdong from October 31 to November 2, according to the provincial meteorological observatory.

At 11:00 Monday, the typhoon center was about 840 kilometers to the southeast of Zhanjiang, approaching coastal areas of west Guangdong.
Cloudy skies accompanied by showers are predicted for October 31 in east Guangdong. The rest of the province will be sunny to cloudy.
On November 1, moderate and localized heavy rain is likely to hit east Guangdong and the Pearl River Estuary. Cloudy skies with scattered showers are forecast for the rest of the province. The lows will be 21-23℃ in east Guangdong, 15-18℃ in north Guangdong, and 18-21℃ in other regions.
From November 2 to 3, the coastal areas of south Guangdong will be cloudy to overcast with heavy rain and localized torrential rain. The rest of the province will be cloudy with scattered showers and moderate rain. The lows will be 19-22℃ in east Guangdong, 15-17℃ in north Guangdong, and 16-19℃ in other regions.
