With the 133rd Canton Fair fully resuming offline exhibition from April 15 to May 5, Guangzhou Metro will launch extra services for passengers' travel.
On weekdays, Line 8 will have a maximum of 38 trains in operation, with two more during peak time in the morning and evening, seven more during the daytime, and two more during the evening. On weekends, Line 8 will have a maximum of 31 trains in operation, with eight, seven and two trains added during the high, medium and low peak periods, respectively.

On Line 4, during weekdays, the maximum number of trains in operation will be 47, with an additional three trains added during the super evening rush hours, two added during the evening rush hours, four added during the daytime, and three trains added during low peak periods in the evening. During weekends, the maximum number of trains in operation will be 38, with an additional five trains added during the super evening peak periods.
This year's Canton Fair will be the first offline exhibition after the opening of Line 18 and Line 22. Guangzhou Metro reminds passengers that those travelling to the city center, Panyu District, and Nansha District can transfer to Line 18 at Modiesha Station by taking Line 8 westbound.
At Kecun Station, passengers can transfer to Line 3, which goes north to TEEMALL, Guangzhou East Railway Station, Tianhe Coach Terminal, Baiyun Airport, and south to Hanxi Changlong, and Shiqiao.
At Changgang Station, passengers can transfer to Line 2, which goes north to Haizhu Square, Gongyuanqian, Guangzhou Railway Station, and Jiahewanggang, and south to Luoxi and Guangzhou South Railway Station.

Line 8 eastbound at Wanshengwei Station can transfer to Line 4, which goes north to Zhongshan Dadao and Olympic Sports Center, and south to Higher Education Center and Nansha District.
Passengers leaving Guangzhou South Railway Station can consider taking Line 22 to Panyu Square Station, then transfer to Line 18 to Modiesha Station and take Line 8 to the Guangzhou Canton Fair Complex.
