The 2024 Strawberry Music Festival kicks off in Dongguan's Humen Town

The 2024 Strawberry Music Festival is being held from October 4 to 5 in Humen Town, Dongguan City. Featuring 24 talented artists and bands, the festival is set to showcase performances on two stages: the classic Strawberry Stage and the Love Stage, offering a diverse range of musical styles for an exciting live audio-visual experience.

This year's lineup includes many renowned musicians and bands from both China and abroad, such as HYDE, MIYAVI, MAN WITH A MISSION, [Alexandros], Klang Ruler, PiXXiE, The Toys, and babychair, among others.

The Strawberry Music Festival last time visited Dongguan in 2015. After a nine-year hiatus, the festival returns with not only captivating performances on the main stage but also several interactive experience zones. These will include a marketplace, food stalls, and displays of creative handmade crafts, allowing music fans to immerse themselves in the local cultural scene.

During the National Day holiday, attendees will have the chance to enjoy the music festival while also tasting local delicacies like roast goose, purchasing trendy toys, and taking photos with a giant "roast goose" mascot.

A highlight of this year's event is the debut of "Guan Xiao E," a limited-edition merchandise line featuring the city’s beloved roast goose character. This trendy toy merchandise reflects Dongguan's reputation as the "Capital of Trendy Toys" in China. The festival will also feature a special area with booths dedicated to trendy toy culture, showcasing various local toy products from Dongguan.

The anticipation for the Dongguan Strawberry Music Festival is palpable, with early bird tickets for October 4 selling out within a minute, along with tickets for October 5 and couple tickets. It is expected that thousands of music fans from across China and abroad will gather in Humen to enjoy this vibrant celebration of music and local culture.
