1. High-risk areas continue to implement control measures
High-risk regions will continue to implement the lockdown measures and will be adjusted to low-risk if no new infections are detected in 5 consecutive days.
2. Classify PCR test population
Conduct different PCR test strategies for different groups. PCR testing shall be performed among people working in high-risk positions or in key groups. People traveling from other provinces should receive a PCR test upon arrival. Provide nucleic acid tests for citizens based on their livelihood needs such as going out and seeking medical treatment. All districts will set PCR testing points based on the density of local population. Families are encouraged to prepare some home antigen kits.
3. Strengthen prevention in key sites
Key sites, including elderly care institutions, welfare institutions, and institutions providing maternal and child care services, should continue to implement closed management and health monitoring.
4. Promote vaccination
Setting green channel, temporary vaccination sites, and mobile vaccination buses to ensure the vaccination of the elderly.
On November 30, Guangzhou reported 6,312 local COVID-19 cases, among which 61 were found in communities. 8,139 people were discharged from makeshift hospitals, adding the total discharged number to 49,544 since the outbreak of this round of the epidemic.
On November 30, Guangdong reported 937 new locally transmitted confirmed cases and 6,315 asymptomatic cases.
