The 2023 Understanding China Conference (Guangzhou) was held in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the conference.
This year's theme is "China's new endeavors and unprecedented global changes: Expanding the convergence of interests and building a community with a shared future.
More than 70 international guests, including six former political leaders at the level of deputy prime minister or above from Ethiopia, Austria, Egypt, Vanuatu, Belgium, and Thailand shared their views on the topic and helped the outsiders to understand China.
GDToday produced a set of posters to convey the guests' opinion on the understanding deficit, the China-US relationship, the Belt and Road initiative and the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
