On May 10, Guangdong reported 10 new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, all in Zhanjiang. A total of 10 new local asymptomatic cases were also detected, including 1 Guangzhou, 2 in Shenzhen and 7 in Zhanjiang.

Shenzhen reports 2 new local asymptomatic cases
On May 10, Shenzhen detected 2 new local asymptomatic cases during screening of key people from another provincial-region and close contacts.
Case 1: male, 50 years old, lives in No.4 Liuhe Road, Henggang Subdistrict, Longgang District (龙岗区横岗街道六和路4号), detected among screening of close contacts of isolated key people from another provincial-region
Case 2: female, 64 years old, lives in No.8 Wanke 5th Area, Bantian Subdistrict, Longgang District(龙岗区坂田街道万科第五园8期)
The above 2 cases have been transferred to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for isolation and treatment. They are in stable condition.
Zhanjiang reports 10+7 new local cases
On May 10, Zhanjiang reported 10 new locally transmitted cases and 7 new local asymptomatic cases. All the cases were detected during screening of key people in COVID-19 controlled areas and they have been transferred to designated hospital for isolation and treatment.

Case 2: female, 31 years old, lives in back of Longtou Town Post Office, Longtou Town, Potou District (坡头区龙头镇龙头镇邮政快递后)
Case 3: male, 72 years old, lives in Lu Village, Shiwo Village Committee, Longtou Town, Potou District (坡头区龙头镇石窝村委芦村)
Case 4: female, 26 years old, lives in Lu Village, Shiwo Village Committee, Longtou Town, Potou District (坡头区龙头镇石窝村委芦村)
Case 5: male, 56 years old, works at Zhanjiang Jinguo Warehousing Co. Ltd.(湛江市巾帼仓储有限公司)
Case 6: male, 3 years old, student of Duanshan Kindergarten, Guandu Town, Potou District (坡头区官渡镇端山幼儿园学生)
Case 7: male, 55 years old, works at Zhanjiang Jinguo Warehousing Co. Ltd.(湛江市巾帼仓储有限公司)
Case 8: male, 49 years old, works at Zhanjiang Jinguo Warehousing Co. Ltd.(湛江市巾帼仓储有限公司)
Case 9: male, 43 years old, lives in Jingwei Haoyuan Apartment Complex, Guandu Town, Potou District (坡头区官渡镇晶威豪苑)
Case 10: female, 4 years old, student of Tuanliu Primary School Affiliated Kindergarten, Liangdong Town, Lianjiang City (廉江市良垌镇湍流小学附属幼儿园)
The above-mentioned cases were diagnosed as locally transmitted COVID-19 cases (mild type).

Asymptomatic case 5: female, 43 years old, works at Zhanjiang Jinguo Warehousing Co. Ltd.(湛江市巾帼仓储有限公司)
