On September 20, China Construction Bank (CCB) launched a Financial Service Platform for Portuguese-speaking Countries (Matchmaking Zone) and the "CLAP-U Portuguese" financial service solution in Hengqin.

The platform will provide financial services and support for trade and investment, industrial and regional cooperation, people-to-people and technological exchanges between Chinese enterprises and Portuguese-speaking countries.
As for CCB's "CLAP-U Portuguese" financial service solution, it provides clients with innovative financial services featuring integration between Chinese and foreign markets, Chinese and foreign currencies, and online and offline operations.
Ma Jun, Director of the Cross-border Financial Center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Vice President of Guangdong Branch of China Construction Bank, said that the financial service platform for Portuguese-speaking countries (Matchmaking Zone) and the "CLAP-U Portuguese" financial service solution will form an integrated open business system for Hengqin and Macao, and serve as an important service platform between China and Portuguese-speaking countries with Macao as the link.
Fu Yongge, Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the Cooperation Zone, said that he hopes the new service platform will attract more Portuguese-speaking countries to participate in the development of Macao and the Cooperation Zone.
