In August, the State Council issued a plan for the Shenzhen park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (HTCZ).
Statistics show that at present, HTCZ has over 150 high-end scientific research projects, and six major fields have been initially formed, including scientific research cooperation, unicorn companies, Hong Kong and Macao youth entrepreneurship, and so on.
