On May 22, the 4th China-Central and Eastern European Countries Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair (hereinafter referred to as the China-CEEC Expo) kicked off, lasting till May 25, 2025, in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province.
Centered around the theme “New Visions for the Future”, this year's Expo will feature an opening ceremony, exhibitions, business matchmaking, investment promotion, and cultural exchange events, providing a multidimensional platform for cooperation and exchange among all participants.
The Expo, covering a total exhibition area of approximately 80,000 square meters, will be divided into two major sections: the CEEC Exhibition and the International Consumer Goods Exhibition.
The CEEC Exhibition attracts 435 enterprises from 14 CEE countries and 9 others, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. The exhibition comprises four segments: Guest Countries of Honor exhibitions, AI and smart manufacturing, culture and art, and agricultural, sideline, and daily consumer products.
The International Consumer Goods Fair, spanning 60,000 square meters, draws 1,028 enterprises from across China. The Fair is divided into four parts: consumer goods, home furnishings, smart products, and eco-friendly items. Notably, the expo has added the “Quality Export Products Touring China” zone for the first time.
Alongside the exhibitions, a series of institutional events will be held, including the China-CEEC Dialogue on Customs, Inspection, and Quarantine Cooperation. Focusing on import procurement, investment promotion, cultural exchange, and future industries, the Expo will also host a variety of small-scale events tailored to specific industries or countries, aiming to produce practical outcomes and inject new momentum into cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.
