Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province released the list of the seventh batch of national manufacturing award for specialized fields on October 26. 27 Guangdong enterprises have been selected in previous batches.
9 enterprises in Guangdong (not included Shenzhen) are on the list: Dongguan Yutong Optical Technology Co.,Ltd, Risong Technology, Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited, Guangzhou Lushan New Materials Co., Ltd, Zhuhai Unitech Power Technology Company, Guangzhou Tech-Long Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., PHNIX, GKG Precision Machine Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Galanz Microwave Oven Electric Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The above enterprises are mostly in the Pearl River Delta region: 5 in Guangzhou, 2 in Dongguan, 1 in Zhuhai and 1 in Foshan. On the previous list, enterprises are located: 7 in Guangzhou, 10 in Shenzhen, 1 in Zhuhai, 7 in Foshan, 1 in Chaozhou, and 1 in Jiangmen.
The award are for companies which long-term focused on one specific manufacturing market with leading technology or process. They have the top three market shares of a single product worldwide.
The key fields of manufacturing are new generation of information technology, equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicles, new energy, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
