According to a notice by the High People's Court of Guangdong Province, the center of lawsuit service, reception venue for petition and courts are temporarily closed with offline services suspended from November 26. They will resume services according to the requirement of epidemic prevention and control.
During the suspension period, people involved in the case and litigation agent can conduct online pre-lawsuit services such as conciliation, case-filing, fees payment, evidence exchange, checking case progress through website "Guangdong Court Litigation Service Network" https://ssfw.gdcourts.gov.cn/, and Wechat mini programs of "People's Court Online Service" "Yue Gong Zheng (“人民法院在线服务”“粤公正”）and call hotline 020-12368 to consult.
For those who are not accessible to submit case materials online, they can mail material to offices of the High People's Court of Guangdong Province.

For people who have already been informed of taking litigation recently, they can apply for online service to the responsible judge. If the litigation can not be conducted online, extensions can be applied for.
