On June 20, Guangdong reported 2 asymptomatic local infections in Shenzhen, both detected during screening of the close contacts under centralized quarantine.

Female, 49 years old, living in the East Area of Xiangxi Village, Nanhu Subdistrict, Luohu District (罗湖区南湖街道向西村东区).
Case 2
Female, 22 years old, living in the East Area of Xiangxi Village, Nanhu Subdistrict, Luohu District (罗湖区南湖街道向西村东区).
The two cases have been transferred to the Third People's Hospital of Shenzhen for isolation and treatment. They are in a stable condition.
Preliminary epidemiological investigation shows that tracks of the cases involve:

Guangzhou's Nansha District rules out an abnormal nucleic acid test result
On June 20, Guangzhou's Nansha District received a report that a 20-in-1 mixed COVID sample tested abnormal during the initial screening. An emergency response was immediately launched. After the CDC re-tested the 20 people involved, their test results were all negative.

On June 20, the Guangzhou CDC reminded these people mentioned below should report to community (village), employer and hotel, and conduct a 3-day home health monitoring + an 11-day self-health monitoring (taking a COVID test on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 10th, and 14th days upon arrival). They are not allowed to leave their residence, return to work or school during the first 3 days:
Arrivals with a travel history to
Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai (珠海市横琴粤澳深度合作区、香洲区) commencing June 12;
Jilin, Jilin Province, and the 11th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (吉林省吉林市、新疆生产建设兵团第十一师) commencing June 6.
Yellow codes will be given to travelers from Macao SAR who didn't take nucleic acid tests as required
On June 20, Zhuhai held a press conference on city's fight against COVID-19.
According to the conference, Zhuhai will assign yellow codes to arrivals who have entered from Zhuhai-Macao ports (including Hengqin Port) since June 5 and who have stayed in the city and not taken nucleic acid tests as required.
