Over 3000 positions await! Overseas Returnees Career Fair (Spring) to be held in Shenzhen around April

The spring session of the 17th Overseas Returnees Career Fair (referred to as "Spring Fair") will be held in Shanghai (March 30th), Shenzhen (April 13th), Beijing (April 21st), and Guangzhou (April 27th).

The Shenzhen session of the Spring Fair will take place on April 13th at the Futian Convention and Exhibition Center, expected 150 companies participating and offering over 3,000 positions. Covering hot industries suchasinternet, finance, consulting, manufacturing, telecommunications and education, the fair will provide diverse career choices for returnees, attracting nearly ten thousand job seekers.

Major employers participating in the Shenzhen session include Tencent, Walmart, Foxconn, and many other well-known enterprises. Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome. Currently, companies are still registering for the fair.

This Spring Fair will see the participation of many highly educated returnees with prestigious academic backgrounds. According to current registration statistics, returnees with postgraduate degrees or above account for 83% of the total participants, with over 50% graduating from QS-ranked top 100 universities.

Innovatively, the fair has set up an alumni association zone, inviting leaders from various renowned alumni associations to lead their teams to participate. This initiative aims to focus more on talent needs and career development, providing more accurate talent channels for participating companies and attracting more international students with employment needs to participate.

The fair provides one-stop services for returnees, including job search training, job posting, etc.Aiming to build a bridge of communication between enterprises and elite returnees. Concurrently, a forum on career planning and development for returnees will be held, focusing on employment hotspots and challenges for returnees, providing practical career planning guidance to help them better integrate into the domestic job market.
