The power of youth from GDUFS in rural revitalization

From July 1 to 7, 2024, the Traveling Straight to Revitalization team from the Faculty of European Languages & Cultures of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) devoted themselves to volunteering in activities for the local people and conducted research on the theme of rural revitalization and cultural tourism in an ancient town called Xingzi, located in Lianzhou, Qingyuan, Guangdong.

Through reviewing literature and conducting field research, the team gained an in-depth understanding of the local history and culture, which helped them form ideas about the development of the cultural tourism industry in Xingzi.
