The "Splendor of Asian Cultural Heritage" photo contest, which was held from January to May 2023 in Guangdong's Shenzhen, announced the results.
Eighty-five students from all fifteen Asian Universities Alliance (AUA) member universities submitted over 300 photographs to the contest, showing their own perspectives on cultural heritage, both intangible and tangible. Two graduate students at Tsinghua University finally won the first prize, and ten international students won second and third prizes respectively.
The contest, co-organized by the AUA and Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, is the first event of the AUA "Embracing Asian Diversity" Photo Contest Series. It aims to highlight the splendor and diversity of the cultural heritage of Asia.
