3.For those who report cold storage of frozen products, once the information is confirmed as valid and relevant places are shut down, the reward ranges from 20,000 to 50,000.

According to Guangdong police, citizens can report clues related to smuggling via three ways:

1.Call 110 or 020-83921044 (Guangdong anti-smuggling hotline)

2.Submit the information to the Ping'anting (平安厅) Inbox on the Department's website (http://gdga.gd.gov.cn/jmhd/tzxx/), then click “举报违法犯罪” (report criminal activity).

3.Write to or visit in person the Anti-smuggling Bureau of Guangdong Province. The address is Building 8, No. 698, Dongfeng East Road, Guangzhou (广州市东风东路698号8楼).

According to Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, the general public can report information about smuggling in their real names or do it anonymously and leave contact information. The personal information will be strictly protected.

Once the information is confirmed as valid, the Department will deliver a reward. The person who reports the information should go to the Anti-smuggling Bureau and collect the reward with his/her own identity certificate. He/she can also entrust another person to take the reward with both of their identity certificates and a power of attorney.
