The 121st China Import and Export Fair will be held at the Canton Fair Complex during April 15 - 19, April 23 - 27, May 1 - 5. To ensure the safety and convenience of transportation in this period, temporary traffic control will be conducted around the Canton Fair Complex, according to Traffic Police Department of Guangzhou Police Office.
The following vehicles are prohibited to go through certain areas from 7 am to 8 pm every day during April 15 - 19, April 23 - 27, May 1 - 5.
★ Freight vehicles (including those registered both in and outside Guangzhou, except vehicles with special vehicle license of Canton Fair) are prohibited to go through:
1. West of Keyun Road (From Yuejiang Zhong Road to Fengpu Road);
2. North of Fengpu Road (From Huanan Expressway to Keyun Road);
3. East of Huanan Expressway (From Yuejiang Zhong Road to Fengpu Road);
4. South of Yuejiang Zhong Road (From Huanan Expressway to Keyun Road);
Note: the above areas do not include Keyun Road and Huanan Expressway.
★ Coaches (except those with special vehicle license of Canton Fair) are prohibited to go through:
1. West of Keyun Road (Yuejiang Zhong Road to Xingang Dong Road).
2. North of Xingang Dong Road (Huanan Expressway to Keyun Road).
3. East of Huanan expressway (Yuejiang Zhong Road to Xingang Dong Road).
4. South of Yuejiang Zhong Road (Huanan Expressway to Keyun Road).
Note: the above areas do not include Keyun Road, Huanan Expressway and Xingang Dong Road.
★ All vehicles (except those with special vehicle license of Canton Fair) are prohibited to go through: Huizhan Zhong Road (Yuejiang Zhong Road to Xingang Dong Road).
The following vehicles won’t be affected by the traffic control measures, including military vehicles, police cars, fire fighting trucks, ambulances, and engineering rescue vehicles when performing urgent task, vehicles of the working units and residents in the traffic control area, and public buses.
Traffic police remind that all should obey the traffic rules and follow the traffic guidance. Those who violate the above prohibitions will be dealt with in accordance with the law by Police Office.
