On the evening of September 27th, the whole city of Guangzhou was aglow with vibrant lights, to herald the upcoming National Day festivities and commemorate this momentous occasion.
As night fell and the city lights twinkled into life, 24 buildings and major landmarks along the Pearl River, including the Haizhu Square, the Pazhou West District, the Liede Bridge, and the Canton Tower, showcased neon messages such as "Warmly Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China," "Joyous National Day, the Birthday of Our Great Nation," and "Love Our China" in loop, accompanied by dynamic displays of the images of the five-star red flag, the Great Wall, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and the Canton Tower. This spectacular illumination not only brightened the skyline of the city but also ignited patriotic fervor among the citizens, drawing many to stop and capture the moment.
From September 27th through National Day, these patriotic messages will be displayed at Guangzhou's key landmarks.
