The Zhuhai International Airshow boasts 13 exhibition halls, covering an indoor exhibition area of 120,000 square meters, and showcases a wide range of advanced aerospace equipment and technologies. In Hall 1, models of the J-20S and J-35A stealth fighter jets are displayed together. Previously, China's second stealth fighter, the J-35A, was announced and debuted in Zhuhai.

Notably, the exhibition features the premiere of a 1:5 scale model of the J-35 alongside the J-15T, the Z-18F Anti-Submarine Helicopter, and the Wing Loong-2 UAV system.

Earlier, Wang Yongqing, the chief expert from the Shenyang Institute of Chinese Aviation Industry Corporation, stated that the J-35 series is "a multi-variant aircraft, twin-born for both air and sea operations". "The reuse of many technologies has significantly enhanced the maturity of key technologies. High technological maturity and system maturity lead to substantially improved equipment reliability. Today, the presence of the J-35A indicates that we are progressing steadily," he added.

According to the exhibition's schedule, the Navy will send the J-15D carrier-based electronic warfare aircraft, J-15T carrier-based fighter jet, Z-20J carrier-based helicopter, and Z-8C transport helicopter to perform flight demonstrations, showcasing manoeuvres such as anti-area landing and buddy refuelling.

Additionally, the Navy will open an indoor exhibition hall for the first time, focusing on displays related to aircraft carriers and amphibious assault ships. A Navy pilot recruitment theme exhibition area and an interactive experience zone will also be set up to introduce the recruitment and training of carrier-based aircraft pilots to the public.
