During the 20th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF), various activities such as live performances about intangible cultural heritage, tourism resource promotion, and online agricultural live streaming were held. Based on their characteristics and advantages in cultural industry development, 21 cities displayed their distinctive cultural and tourism products, showcasing their unique features and highlights.

On the opening day of ICIF, the Ximen Girls' Yingge Dance Team from Shantou performed a spectacular Chaoshan Yingge dance. Their graceful dance moves and lively footwork, combining both the features of dance and martial arts, captivated the audience along with the melodious whistle by the lead dancer and the brisk drumbeats.

In the GHM Greater Bay Area Hall (Hall 13), a large screen displays captivating historical, cultural, and natural landscapes, while local crafts, fine arts, and agricultural products are showcased on the exhibition stands, collectively presenting the unique cultural and tourism features of "Guangdong flavor".

Yangjiang, with mountains at the back and facing the sea, boasts beautiful natural resources including mountains, seas, springs, lakes, forests, and caves. It has been actively promoting distinctive cultural name cards of couplet culture, kite culture, and the Maritime Silk Road culture. By 2023, Yangjiang has received a total of 14.5952 million visitors, generating a comprehensive tourism revenue of 14.692 billion yuan.
Since 2023, Shanwei, a coastal city, has been exploding in popularity.By hosting events such as the prose poetry festival, the fishing festival, as well as intangible cultural heritage exhibitions and performances, the city has been significantly promoting the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry.
Meizhou, leveraging the effect of a Chinese Super League match held in Wuhua County, has hosted a series of activities, providing multiple and holistic experiences from watching exciting matches, and visiting beautiful landscapes, to enjoying Hakka culture and savoring Hakka cuisine.
Heyuan, with its numerous ancient villages and traditional houses, promotes the unique charm of rural culture through activities that highlight intangible cultural heritages, such as dragon chasing and Zhongxin lantern festival, as well as various art performances.

Moreover, rural tourism has also driven the development of the homestay industry. As an example, Sanhe Village in Qingyuan has transformed from an ordinary village into the most beautiful "homestay village", attracting a large number of tourists who come to appreciate the natural scenery and quaint architecture in the city to stay.
