A food paradise, Guangdong has been striving to share its culinary delights with the whole world, especially in the form of pre-made food in such particular times. And Chen Hui, a successful post-90s farmer from Zhaoqing where the construction of the first pre-prepared food industrial park in the GBA is underway, has sent an invitation to global friends recently, welcoming them to have a taste of 10 best pre-made dishes in Zhaoqing.
Chen Hui is the general manager of TOPCP, an ecological agriculture company in Zhaoqing. After graduating from university in 2013, instead of staying in the city to earn her living, Chen came with her father to Zhaoqing's Deqing County to plant Gonggan (literally meaning tribute mandarin) as their own business.

Chen has been exploring modern technological means such as metaverse to promote locally grown agricultural products. Now she also serves as the ambassador of Guangdong pre-prepared cuisines' international communication.
Pre-prepared food refers to finished or semi-finished dishes that are prepared in a factory and preserved by freezing or vacuum packaging after processing. Chen introduces in the letter that, the aim is to share with the world authentic Cantonese cuisines, Zhaoqing has set up alliances of pre-prepared food industry and raw material suppliers. Also, a one-billion RMB industrial fund has been established to boost the industry.
