On March 29, the State Council Information Office of China held a press conference in Beijing with the theme of "Promoting high-quality development." The Executive Vice-Governor of Guangdong Province, Zhang Hu, attended the conference and introduced Guangdong's dedication to advancing high-quality development and spearheading Chinese modernization.
"Residents in Guangdong can access more government services via a single website and deal with one administrative affair without multiple trips. 94.07 percent of the administrative process at the provincial level were handled online. The province will continue to deepen the reform of administrative examination and approval system, normalize the regular communication mechanism between government and enterprises, introduce more convenient policies, and provide one-stop services for enterprises throughout their life cycle," said Zhang Hu, Executive Vice-Governor of Guangdong Province.
