Located at the base of Qiniang Mountain (Dapeng Mountain) in the southeast of Nan'ao Subdistrict, the Xinda Community offers families a high-quality living environment.
“I love taking my child to the park on weekends or evenings. Our neighborhood keeps adding more fun spaces, and my kid adores them,” said a resident surnamed Zhang, expressing her enthusiasm for the community's improvements.
To enhance family-friendly amenities, Xinda has added over 1,000 square meters of dedicated playgrounds to parks in the area, giving families plenty of options for outdoor activities.

The community also conducted surveys to better understand the public space needs of children. Based on this feedback, parks were upgraded to include natural elements, rest areas for adults, and shelters for rain and sunlight. For example, the Bizhou neighborhood park now features colorful greenways, playgrounds, and child-friendly badminton courts.
Additionally, Xinda organizes themed events such as traditional cultural activities, intangible cultural heritage workshops, and physical fitness programs to engage families and foster community bonds. (Chen Siqi)
