"In the GBA, Hong Kong and Macao enjoy many advantages as special administrative regions. By making full use of Hong Kong's advantages in finance and Macao's strict control over algorithms, China can establish an international platform for ownership confirmation mechanisms to exchange and collaborate with countries and regions around the world," Chunming Rong, academician of the Academy of the United Nations Sciences and Technology Organization (AUNSTO) and the Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences (NTVA), told GDToday during the 2023 China Digital Economy Innovation Development Conference.
