Fair featuring service trade in GBA to kick off in December

The 2023 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Fair for Trade in Service is about to kick off from December 6 to 8, showcasing the development of the GBA in the fields of digital trade, artificial intelligence, cross-border e-commerce as well as digital and intelligent consumption.

It's the first conference to be held in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao at the same time, with the opening ceremony and main forum being set in Zhuhai.

The fair also features six thematic sub-forums. Specifically, four forums focusing on service outsourcing, trade patterns in customs special supervision zones, export of digital content as well as traditional Chinese medicine will be held in Zhuhai, the one on exhibition and tourism will be held in Macao, and the one on finance will kick off in Hong Kong.

At present, the fair has attracted representatives from more than 20 countries and regions, as well as relevant experts, scholars, and representatives of social organizations. Enterprises and institutions, such as JD, Amazon and China Trade in Service Innovation Investment Fund, will also attend the fair.

It is expected that more than 120 enterprises will participate in the fair, and that buyers will come from more than 20 countries and regions, such as the US, the UK, France and Germany.
