Huizhou ranks 9th in national air quality rankings in April

The air quality rankings for April 2025 across 168 key cities in China have been recently released, with Huizhou ranking 9th nationwide in overall air quality and listed as one of the "top 20 cities for air quality."

According to the report, Huizhou also excelled in controlling PM2.5 concentrations, ranking 13th among the "top 20 cities with the lowest PM2.5 levels." As a core indicator of air quality, Huizhou's continuously decreasing PM2.5 concentration demonstrates significant results in managing fine particulate matter.

In recent years, Huizhou has driven sustained air quality improvements through multiple measures, including industrial pollution control, mobile source emission management, and comprehensive dust prevention. In the future, Huizhou will continue to prioritize ecological conservation, consolidate its air quality gains, and strive for greater breakthroughs in the ecological and environmental fields.
