On the evening of February 1st, the Exhibition of the Award-winning Works from the 11th Guangdong Lu Xun Literature and Art Award & the First GuangDong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area Artistic Performance of Rising Stars 2024 were held in Guangzhou.
Award Ceremony
The event was jointly organized by Guangdong Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Hong Kong federation of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Federation of Associations of Cultural Sectors of Macau. Zhu Hongxing and other 33 artists were awarded the inaugural "Literary and Artistic Rising Stars of the Greater Bay Area".
Live Exhibition and Performance
Guangdong Lu Xun Literature and Art Award, with a history of 42 years, has significantly promoted the development of literature and art in Guangdong Province. During the speech at the event, Li Jinkun, the Chairman of Guangdong Federation of Literary and Art Circles, stated that a total of 34 young artists were awarded the inaugural "Literary and Artistic Rising Stars of the GuangDong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area".Among them, Zhang Jingwen,Lin Liqian and Chen Ming are from Hong Kong,. They are outstanding figures in various artistic fields, representing the hope and future of the cultural and artistic endeavors in the Greater Bay Area.
Exhibition and Performance Venue
The artistic performance showcased the cross-border integration endeavors of young artists in the Greater Bay Area, featuring acts such as the song and dance "China in the Lights",the excerpt from the acrobatic play "Swan",performance of contemporary dance, and the Cantonese opera, which highlighted the vibrant spirit of the rising stars.
