The energetic youth marched proudly in various themed formations, heads held high and strides confident, parading from Open Plaza to Huaqiao Park. At the scene, the reporter observed nearly a thousand young people forming 16 parade groups, divided into three chapters: "Celebration," "Joy," and "Gathering." the parade included sections such as the Red Flag Brigade, honor Guard, Martial Arts Team, Yingge Dance Group, Chaozhou Music Band, and Fishing Lantern Team. The procession advanced in an orderly manner along a route of about one kilometer, bringing with it resonant fanfare and exciting performances wherever it went. At the same time, the streets were lined with locals and tourists, all eager to watch and take photos. They waved small red flags and sported bright red star stickers on their faces. As the parade passed by, they cheered and applauded, creating a lively festival atmosphere.
Ms. Chen specially brought her son to experience the atmosphere of the parade up close. On the first day of the holiday, she got up early and arrived at the starting point to "secure a spot" by 8:00 a.m. She told reporters, "This year's youth parade is quite meaningful.
