On December 8th, the Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference took place at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

The conference, boasting a larger scale and greater influence, featured a diverse array of participating companies and attracted over 1000 guests from the United States, Japan, the European Union, and other countries and regions. Numerous significant projects were showcased, with contracts being signed on-site. Several multinational corporate headquarters, outstanding enterprises, and successful investment zones were honored during the event, with representatives delivering speeches. The conference also highlighted investment opportunities and policies in Shenzhen, projecting the city as a global investment destination and emphasizing Shenzhen's strongest appeal for investment. This edition marked the fifth time Shenzhen hosted a global investment promotion conference, building upon the success of the previous four.
The conference achieved remarkable results in investment attraction, with over 380 projects negotiated, involving a total investment exceeding trillions of yuan.
Organized in the format of "1+1+12+N," the conference featured a series of activities, including one main event, one investment results exhibition area, twelve district-level investment promotion conferences, and numerous overseas sub-venues and industry-specific investment activities. Before the main conference, the twelve district-level investment promotion conferences, along with overseas sub-venues in cities such as Madrid, Zurich, Hawaii, and Vancouver, and twelve industry-specific investment activities in areas like energy storage, digital energy, and high-tech, successfully concluded. These events comprehensively showcased the attractiveness of Shenzhen as a hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and creation, as well as the city's new breakthroughs in investment attraction and project development.
For the first time, the conference featured an investment results exhibition area, focusing on presenting over a hundred investment achievements from various districts and departments, exhibiting more than 40 local consumer brands in Shenzhen, covering advanced manufacturing, consumer electronics, trendy lifestyles, and new-style tea and coffee.
During the conference, entrepreneurs from well-known domestic and international companies such as Costco, Shell, Sanofi, China General Technology Group, China Rare Earth Group, Fosun International, and Honor delivered speeches and shared their perspectives. They expressed admiration for Shenzhen's excellent business environment, strong innovative atmosphere, complete industrial support, vibrant economic development, and limitless prospects. They eagerly anticipate strengthening cooperation with Shenzhen in broader and deeper areas, achieving more fruitful outcomes, and collectively creating a better tomorrow.
