China Southern won CAPSE’s award as China's best airline 2021

China Southern Airlines has been named as China's best airline 2021 and won "China's Most Improved Award for Customer Service & Ticketing 2021" by CAPSE.  

It is the fifth year in a row that China Southern Airlines won the title.

The Civil Aviation Passenger Service Evaluation Agency (CAPSE), an independent organization for third-party evaluation of civil aviation service in China, announced the 8th "CAPSE Aviation Service Award" winner list on June 20, 2022.

Based on 880,000 passengers’ feedback on 198 airlines, 693 airports and 196,258 flights, CAPSE finally revealed the award results of 2021 after a comprehensive and multidimensional assessment.

According to the passenger survey conducted by CAPSE in recent years, the service quality of China Southern Airlines has been widely acknowledged.

In 2021, the flight on-schedule rate recorded 89.89%, which was 1.9 percentage points higher than the average of the whole airline industry.

The carrier carried out 79 charted flights for 130 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine, ranking first compared with other airlines of China's civil aviation.

In terms of rural revitalization, it invested 17.28 million RMB and launched 40 new rural projects over the past year.

Besides, with regards to green development, it reduced carbon emissions by 221,100 tons through efficient and digital solutions and saved 3.71 million meals via guiding passengers to make orders according to their actual needs.

In the future, China Southern Airlines will continue to focus on the passenger needs and provide them with high-quality and diversified services. It will further optimize passenger experience and better meet their traveling needs.
