David Ferguson, a writer and an editor at Foreign Languages Press, has been living in Beijing for 15 years. He often goes to Zizhuyuan park ice rink with his son David Li Ferguson, who came to China when he was one-year-old to play winter sports. According to David, winter sports are very popular in his hometown Scotland and curling is a sport that originated in Scotland. Li shared that his favourite sport in the Winter Olympic Games is Slope Obstacle Skills competition because the sport gives the rein to athletes' imagination.
