Guangdong Provincial High-quality Development Conference was held in Shenzhen on Feb. 18.
“Guangdong's comprehensive regional innovation capability has ranked first in China for seven consecutive years, and that of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Guangzhou Sci-tech Cluster has ranked second in the world for four consecutive years. ‘Respecting entrepreneurs’ will become a consensus this year to provide the best environment for innovation and entrepreneurship,” said Gong Guoping, Party Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province.
