The Flower City Academy of Literature, located in Guangzhou's Yuexiu Park, will be officially established on March 25, and it will mark the birth of a brand-new platform for literature creation.

Walking into the Flower City Academy of Literature, visitors can find a great amount of books on a gigantic bookcase, including novels in Chinese and English, essay collections, encyclopedias and more.
Furthermore, visitors also can enjoy coffee and tea at the academy, while reading books at the academy.

Additionally, the Flower City Literature Night and 2023 Flower City Literature List Award Ceremony will be held on the evening of March 25. 10 best books selected by Flower City Literature List will be released. People also enjoy original literature-themed performances, including dancing and song, Cantonese Opera, recitals and more.

According to Tan Juntie, Chairman of Guangdong Provincial Publishing Group, the academy will encourage writers to exchange idea through holding various of events, such as Literature Night, recommendation of best books and IP incubation.
