The platform pools together large amounts of resources, such as tourism information, travel guides, tourist attractions, cultural spaces, shopping centers, accommodations, cultural events, online exhibitions, reading materials, and live streaming contents.
You can access the latest information about cultural and tourism services, exhibitions, lectures, and other activities . You can also search for locations, find transportation guidance, check opening hours, and provide feedback and ratings for products and services.
To book reservations, get tickets, or participate in events, simply log in to the One Click Pass instead of registering on multiple platforms. Please note that a mobile phone number is required for registration.
The "Guangzhou Culture and Tourism One Click Pass" is currently undergoing a trial run. You can access it through the official WeChat account of the Guangzhou Municipal Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism Bureau (广州市文化广电旅游局), as well as the mini-programs Yue Sheng Shi (粤省事) and Sui Hao Ban (穗好办). Please be aware that the platform is currently only available in Chinese version, although you can choose to use Chinese or English on the registration page.
As of December 2023, the One Click Pass has 120 digital shared modules, 224 intangible cultural heritage projects, nearly 400 cultural attractions, more than 100 cultural sites, over 200 artistic groups, and 469 kinds of cultural tourism products on offer.
