Macau New Neighbourhood project in Hengqin has begun the exterior facade cladding.

It is a key livelihood project in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, which is created for Macao residents and integrates a quality living space, education, health and social services.

It will provide Macao people with about 4000 residential units available for sale and over 200 housing units for talented professionals, equipped with a school, a health station, a seniors' service centre, and a family service centre.

The three major building elements used in the project, including bay windows, stairs, and Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC) partition walls, are all green prefabricated components that can effectively save consumptive materials. Materials such as cement mortar are also used when necessary to lower carbon emission and improve the project's quality and efficiency.
