Kaiping, Jiangmen City

Kaiping City has a World Heritage site—Kaiping Diaolou and Villages (开平碉楼与村落). The city has thousands of diaolou buildings constructed with unique craftsmanship, and it also offers seven VR virtual exhibitions and intelligent guide services. Visiting here allows you to experience both historical culture and modern technology.
Xiangqiao District, Chaozhou City

Chaozhou has unique traditional culture in the old city and has 11 relics such as Haiyang Confucian Academy (海阳县儒学宫), Shuangzhong Temple (双忠庙), and Zhenwu Temple (真武庙). The area is also home to 25 museums, among which the Chaozhou Xiangqiao Museum displays national intangible cultural heritage and cultural relics such as Chaozhou wood carving, Chaozhou embroidery, porcelain of the Qing Dynasty, and landscape painting of the late nineteenth century.
Yunan County, Yunfu City

Visitors are strongly recommended to tour the ancient buildings in Lanzhai Village and the Guang'er Mansion in Shiqiaotou Village in Yunan county. Do you want to explore the path of ancient economic and cultural exchanges? Then don't miss out on this place. Stretching roads, ancient wells, tea fields... The South China Historical Trail, a major route for ancient Chinese to travel and trade between the Central Plains and the Lingnan region, passes through here.
Along this ancient road, tourists will encounter Nanxiong's historical and cultural towns and traditional villages such as Nanxiong Ancient City (南雄老城), Zhuji Town (珠玑镇), and Lidong Village (里东村). You can also go to the Nanxiong Museum to appreciate the rich historical artifacts.
