On December 24th, Guangzhou officially launched the "Charming Guangzhou" channel as its first comprehensive information service platform for foreign talents during the 2024 Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents and the 26th Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology.
