On Thursday, China officially started the trial of visa-free entry for citizens of six additional European countries – Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The trial will be in effect from March 14 to November 30. On Thursday early morning, the first group of travelers from these countries entered China under the new policy. It allows them to enter China for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, and transit for 15 days without a visa.

FRANCOIS DE DIESBACH, Traveler from Belgium "I'm from Brussels in Belgium. Here in Shenzhen and Guangzhou for ten days for business. And I think visa-free policies are very convenience (convenient) for travelers from Europe, and Belgium, especially."
