VP of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China: Chinese NEVs 'going global' achieves win-win results

In this year's government work report, China highlighted the importance of the development of new-energy vehicles (NEVs). In 2023, China exported 1.2 million NEVs, a 77.6 percent increase from 2022. 

Benoit Auger, Vice President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, expressed that Chinese NEV manufacturers have entered a new age of technological exports and this would achieve win-win results. He also pointed out that since diplomatic relations were established 60 years ago, China and France have enjoyed close cooperation in a wide range of areas and have worked in the same direction over the years. He wished two sides would continue to enhance mutual understanding and promote friendship.
