"J-Turn" course is one of this year's most intense new formats. It also has a vivid name: "Double Dragon Chase". Two teams set off from opposite directions, racing head-to-head along the same narrow river. Two 25-meter-long dragon boats blast through a river just four meters wide.

In 1956, Dinghu Mountain in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province, became home to China's first nature reserve. After seven decades of dedicated conservation, nature continues to flourish here, renewing itself through the seasons. Scientists have discovered 368 new species at Dinghu Mountain, 71 of which are named after Dinghu or Dinghu Mountain. Today, it stands as a living museum of biodiversity.

It features eight themed exhibition halls linking the grand cosmic landscape with Shenzhen's local mountains and seas, offering visitors an immersive journey through the 4.6-billion-year history of Earth.
