Ilya Bannikov, chairman of the Association of Russian-Chinese Trade and Economic Cooperation (ARCTEC), shared his insights on the growing demand for Guangdong products in the Russian market. He noted that Russian companies and consumers have shown strong interest in consumer electronics, automotive equipment and food-processing machinery, all of which are in strong demand in Russia.

Samuel Rodríguez Muñoz, managing director of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in South China, also praised this year's exhibition, noting that the Spanish market has strong interest in Guangdong's electric vehicle technology, with brands such as BYD and XPENG leading in sustainable and advanced automotive technologies.

Xinfeng Chayote, a product with national geographical indication originating from Xinfeng, Shaoguan, derives its name from its shape resembling a pair of hands clasped together in prayer.
