To better promote the spirit and culture of Asian Games to its citizens, Guangzhou is going to build an Asian Games Culture Center inside the Tianhe Sports Center, one of the main venues for the 2010 Games.
The center will be a four-floor building with 20100 sq.m.. After the Asian Games 2010, the building will be open to the citizens as table tennis center and venue for Asian Games-related exhibitions.
Guangzhou Key Public Construction Project Office has started to receive biddings for the building project, with a total budget of 63 million RMB.
