DIY Step

1.Wash the crabs, then open the shell and remove the haslet. Halve the crab after cleaning the haslet. Stir the crabs with a little of white wine and salt.

螃蟹两只刷洗干净,把盖子揭开,去除内脏,对半切开,淋一点白酒和一点盐搅拌。

小葱切断,姜蒜和豆豉切末,小米切成圈。
