2024年12月24日：启动报名和申报。各校可以学校、院系或校园媒体等名义集体申报，也鼓励学生以个人身份参赛申报。

Application and submissions open on December 24, 2024. Entries can be submitted either by groups, such as universities, departments, and campus media, or by individuals.

2025年4月1日：截止提交作品，组委会对参赛作品进行分类整理。

Submission deadline: April 1, 2025. The organizing committee start sorting and categorizing all entries.

2025年5月：进行专家评审。组委会将聘请新闻传播业界和学界专家组成评审委员会，对申报材料进行评审。评奖结果产生后，将在广州市举行颁奖典礼。

Expert review and evaluation: May 2025. Experts from the media industry and academia are invited to form a judging panel and assess the submissions. Once the results are finalized, an awards ceremony will be held in Guangzhou.
