Miffy, the beloved Dutch rabbit character, is achieving remarkable sales success in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province. The Dutch national treasure becomes a two-meter-tall art piece draped in a blue-and-white porcelain "coat." As a flagship project developed by the Jingdezhen Ceramic Art Toy Industry Association to collaborate with pop culture IP, the porcelain Miffy has taken the market by storm and boosted global sales of over 30 related products, including coffee and tea sets. Huang Hu, President of the Association, said the "international IP + Jingdezhen craftsmanship" model will be introduced to factories across the city at the Shenzhen Ceramics Fair this October.
